For 20+ years, I have provided executive thought leadership, and developed winning interventions in the areas of International HR Management, Leadership Development, and Entrepreneurship. I have worked with various sized businesses from multinational and medium, to small and micro businesses. I have also partnered with amazing leaders who have gone on to make impact, and to lead high performing organisations.
From experience, I know what unique combination of factors are required to succeed. I founded upped360 to narrow the gap by creating the ideal environment, and providing the necessary tools for success. Excellent skills of problem solving, collaboration, design thinking, Instructional design, and facilitation are key to delivering on this promise. I ensure that the journey is worth your while, but we remind you that the view is even better from the top – and there is room for all.
I am a champion of continuous learning, and I upskill regularly to maintain the quality of deliverables. I hold certifications in coaching, training, instructional design and public speaking. I also hold post graduate qualifications in Entrepreneurship and Technology Innovation, alongside Bachelors, and Barrister at Law degrees.
